Refund policy
We cannot take responsibility for the plants’ behavior after delivery and do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on plants or gift cards. We do guarantee every plant to arrive safely to you.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately and contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Picture or video of unboxing is required for assessment.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Plant Acclimation:
All plants go through acclimation after being delivered and leaves can turn color or drop, this is normal. Plants that have been repotted will experience the most shock after delivery. Consider keeping your plant in its original pot until it shows sign of acclimation (new growth).
Plants are living things; we cannot 100% guarantee any plant will thrive in your space. Please make sure you are ready for planthood. Your plant will rely on you to give it appropriate living conditions, we strongly suggest you bring home what will fit best in your space.
