Shipping policy

Shipping, Delivery and Local Pick-up is available for your convenience!

Shipping:

Flat fee shipping, $10 for first plant and $2 for each additional 📦.

Prices of shipping is subject to change as we learn and understand the ins and outs of shipping plants. At this time, we will offer shipping at a flat fee, to make it easy for everyone.

We’ve put a lot of thought into the shipping materials - we are committing to plastic-free packaging ♻️. Your babies will be safe in our mindful shipping materials, yay! The cost of shipping includes freight fees and cost of the eco-friendly materials.

To ensure your plant doesn‘t sit in a box for too long, we will ship out on Mondays. We can hold your plants if you will be out of town. Just let us know in the notes field when you place your order.

Important - we are not responsible for shipping delays and mishandling by the shipping courier. Any damage caused by extended time in transit needs to be handled directly with the shipping courier by filing a claim.

Shipping plants have associated risks and each species will endure stress unique to them. Please consider all of these risks when you decide to ship.

Delivery:

Allow 2-3 business days for processing and coordination. Contactless deliveries every Saturday, up to 30 miles of Edmonds, WA (zip code 98026) for a small fee:

  • $5 if under 20 miles
  • $10 between 20-30 miles
  • Purchases over $60 pre-tax qualifies for free delivery

Your safety is important; during delivery, we will follow COVID guidelines for safe, contactless delivery. After you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Deliveries will be made every Saturday.

You will be given a 2-hour delivery window 48 hours prior via email and/or text. Please communicate with us if you are unavailable during the delivery window to reschedule. For your plant's safety, we require someone present to receive the plant babies from the doorstep.

Pick-Up:

Pick-up is available for no extra charge. Please select this option when you complete your order and allow 24 hours for processing and coordination. You will receive further instructions for pick up in your email (address, dare and time). For your safety, all pick-ups will be contactless.
