Ceropegia Woodii Variegated String of Hearts

The variegated string of hearts is my absolute favorite. Its leaves are in shades of pink-white-green. Its plump leaves are shaped just like little hearts. The leaves will grow vine like as it cascades down, creating an effect almost like a beaded heart curtain.
